Laughter echoed as the instructor grinned. “Feel the burn—of my bad jokes!” We lunged, laughed, and groaned together. “Is that a plank or a nap?” she teased. Her energy was contagious, her humor relentless. Somehow, pain became fun. We left aching, smiling, and strangely eager to return for more.
