Range to Host Internet Safety for Seniors Luncheon in Newcastle
Worland, WY β April 28, 2026 β On Wednesday, May 20, Range will host an Internet Safety for Seniors Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. at the Weston County Senior Center, located at 627 Pine Street in Newcastle, Wyoming. Range is sponsoring the lunch for attendees.
During the luncheon, a representative from Range will discuss common internet safety issues seniors may encounter and share practical tips on how to protect themselves while using the internet. Topics will include recognizing online scams, safeguarding personal information, and staying safe while browsing, emailing, and using social media.
This event is part of a broader initiative by Range to bring internet safety education to senior centers throughout Wyoming and Montana within Rangeβs exchange areas, helping seniors feel more confident and secure online.
βAt Range, we believe staying connected should also mean staying safe,β said Jason Wille, CMO at Range. βAs more seniors use the internet to communicate with family, manage their finances, and access important services, itβs critical they have the tools and knowledge to protect themselves. These lunches are one way we can give back to the communities we serve and help our seniors feel more confident online.β
