It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Peggy Omega Hope Duclo, on Dec. 8, 2024.

Born on Feb. 22, 1951, Peggy lived a life full of love, compassion, and dedication to those she held dear.

Peggy’s journey was one marked by kindness and resilience. She touched the lives of everyone she met with her warm smile, her unwavering support, and her ability to make others feel truly valued. Her family and friends were the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Peggy also found great joy in fishing, camping, and being outdoors. She loved the beauty and peace of nature, and spending time with her beloved dog, Kona. These activities brought her immense
happiness and tranquility.

Peggy’s legacy will live on in the hearts of her loved ones and the countless people whose lives she impacted. She will be remembered for her selfless spirit, her strength in the face of challenges,
and her unwavering faith in the goodness of others.

She is survived by her children, Jamie (TJ) Coleman, Jodi Conway, and Steve (Missy) Haynie; her grandchildren, Kalyn Sims, Alexander Sharpes, Sy Conway, Abrienne Sharpes, Alyssa Houser, Ethan Haynie, Aiden Coleman, Asher Dunn, Eli Dunn, and Alexis Coleman; her brothers, Kenny Duclo, Dick (Sandy) Duclo, and Dean Starkey; her sister, Melanie Duclo; her sister-in-law, Sherry Starkey; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins,
aunts, uncles, and friends.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Duane Duclo, Anna Lois Starkey, Maurice Starkey (stepfather); her maternal and paternal grandparents; her brother, Ronnie Starkey; and numerous aunts, uncles, friends, and beloved pets.

A Celebration of Life will be held at VFW Post No. 2516 in Newcastle, Wyoming, on Dec. 15 at 1 p.m. All are welcome to attend.

May her soul find peace, and may her memory be a blessing to all who
knew her.
