Anyone who would like to attend Wyoming Rep. Harriet Hageman’s town hall in Newcastle on Friday is required to register before the event, according to an email from Kari Drost, Weston County Republican Party chair.

“If you would like to attend, please register at the following link: hageman.house.gov/services/town-hall-rsvp,” the email states. “All who plan to attend must register in order to be granted entry.”

The requirement to register to attend the events comes after a string of town halls across Wyoming in which crowds caused interruptions and issues at the events.

The town hall will take place on Friday, June 20, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. in Crouch Auditorium at Newcastle High School, according to Drost’s email.

“We hope you will take this opportunity to interact with your United States Represen-tative,” the email states. “Harriet is fond of saying that she cannot represent you if she does not know what you are thinking — and she is one of the few who really means that!”
