Depending on your needs, a variety of skilled health care professionals is available to provide skilled nursing services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and home health aide services.

WCHS Home Health Extended Care Program is a self-pay skilled nursing program to assist with medication management, lab draws per physician’s orders and other needs.

WCHS Home Health In-Home Services program can support community members to remain safely in their homes with services including Lifeline, personal care, shopping, errands, meal preparations and light housekeeping.
