NOTICE OF HEARING ON

VARIANCE REQUEST

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Dudley Dinges requested a variance with the City of Newcastle Board of Adjustment.  Mr. Dinges requests a variance for a single-family dwelling located in a C-1 Zoning District addressed as 3159 W. Main Street.  This nonconforming structure has existed for a period of time of at least five years.  Pursuant to Section 5.h(6) of the City of Newcastle Zoning Ordinance, a variance may be granted which does not comply with the requirements for variances generally as set forth in Section 5.i of this Ordinance.

ALSO TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the requested variance will occur on June 13, 2024 at 6:10 p.m., or soon thereafter, in front of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Board of Adjustment at the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Council Chambers, located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701.
