Secretary Gray Celebrates Wyoming House Passage of Fourth Part of Election Integrity Agenda with Bill to Ban Ballot Harvesting
CHEYENNE, WY – On February 5th, the Wyoming House of Representatives passed House Bill 238 to ban ballot harvesting in Wyoming, another key plank of Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray’s election integrity reform agenda announced earlier this year. House Bill 238, which is sponsored by Representative Steve Johnson, passed the House on Third reading 52-8.
“I applaud the House’s passage of House Bill 238,” Secretary Gray said in a statement. “Banning ballot harvesting in Wyoming is our fourth priority of our election integrity reform agenda. I want to commend the House for passing it. As we continue with the 2025 Legislative Session, I look forward to continuing to work with the Wyoming Legislature to achieve meaningful, conservative election integrity reform.”
