Explosion at refinery causes damage

A heater at the Wyoming Refining Company in Newcastle, Wyoming, exploded late Wednesday night, February 12. While no one was injured, roads to refinery were closed down quickly and first responders were on the scene minutes after the explosion. The roads were opened up by Thursday morning and some of the damage was easily seen.
