unique services to the community. Provider Ashley Tupper provides full service family practice, including care for the whole family. Well child exams, vaccinations, adult wellness, chronic care management, Medicare wellness and more are available.

Occupational Health: We work directly with employers to keep businesses running and employees safe and healthy on the job. We offer many comprehensive services such as (but not limited to): Urine Drug Screens, Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT), Physicals, Postaccident Evaluations, Immunizations, Immunity Titers.

Membership Program: Affordable membership option for individuals and families who are uninsured. Members receive UNLIMITED clinic services at no additional fees: including wellness, sick/acute visits, once a year free wellness labs.

Lab Services: Full lab services on site. Discounted self pay labs offered every day.
