In the News Letter Journal’s Aug. 20, 2020, edition, in the front page story, “Election Results,” we mistakenly stated that Roger Hespe would not move forward to the General Election for Newcastle City Council. We regretfully admit that this was a mistake, and according to City Clerk-Treasurer Greg James, Hespe will move on to the General Election. We apologize for the error.
