LARAMIE, Wyoming (11/19/24) – University of Wyoming wrestling head coach Mark Branch announced the commitments from six future Pokes on Tuesday. Bradlee Farrer, Lane Foard, Isaiah Harrison, Gunner Henry, Traven Sharon and Luke Willochell signed to continue their athletic and academic careers at Wyoming.

Below is a list of the signees and what they’ve accomplished thus far in their respective careers.

Bradlee Farrer (American Fork, Utah)

Farrer is a 165/174-pounder from Pleasant Grove High School. He’s captured a state title in addition to placing second and third, as well. Farrer earned All-American status at the 2024 USMC/USAW 16U and Junior National Championships with a fifth-place finish. He’s ranked as the No. 225 recruit according to Matscouts.

“Brad is a great pick up from Utah, and we have had consistently great luck with our Utah recruits,” Branch said. “He is so well rounded and will solidify our middle weights.”

Lane Foard (Reva, Virginia)

Foard is a 174/184-pounder from Benedictine Prep High School. He’s a two-time state champion and a three-time finalist. Foard has also taken third at the National Prep Wrestling Championships and sixth at the Super 32 Challenge. He’s ranked as the No. 3 recruit in the country in his weight class and No. 44 overall according to Matscouts.

“Lane is a bulldog,” Branch said. “He is so strong and powerful, and he is only going to get better in our room. He attends a military school, so his discipline is through the roof, and that will be such an addition to our culture.”

Isaiah Harrison (Loveland, Colorado)

Harrison is a 133-pounder from Mountain View High School. He’s a two-time state champion and a three-time placer. Harrison finished runner-up at the 2024 USMC/USAW 16U and Junior National Championships, earning All-American status. He’s ranked as the No. 149 recruit according to Matscouts.

“Isaiah is a great kid,” Branch said. “Not only is he a fantastic wrestler who is quick and explosive, but he has great character and will be a big addition to our culture.”

Gunner Henry (Brownsburg, Indiana)

Henry is a 197-pounder from Brownsburg High School. He’s a three-time placer at the state tournament, reeling in a second-place finish and a pair of third-place finishes. Henry earned All-American status at the Super 32 Challenge and won the IndianaMat Hoosier Preseason Open. He’s ranked as the No. 16 recruit in the country in his weight class and No. 139 overall according to Matscouts.

“Gunner was one of our first commitments last year, and we have really enjoyed getting to know him and his family and watching him develop,” Branch said. “He is very strong and wrestles at a very hard pace, and that will serve him well at the college level. He is going to bring us success at the upper weights for years to come.”

Traven Sharon (Ordway, Colorado)

Sharon is a 125-pounder from Fowler High School. He’s a three-time state champion. Sharon will also compete on Wyoming’s rodeo team.

“Traven is a kid who came to our camp and caught our attention,” Branch said. “He is going to compete in both rodeo and wrestling, so that right there tells you exactly how tough he is.”

Luke Willochell (Greensburg, Pennsylvania)

Willochell is a 133/141-pounder from Greater Latrobe High School. He took runner-up at the state tournament in addition to placing two other times. Willochell’s brother, Gabe, is currently a redshirt-junior on the team.

“We have known Luke since signing his brother Gabe, and we are happy to be able to carry out that family’s legacy for years to come. The Willochell’s are already family, so we wanted to keep that together,” Branch said. “Luke is a stud from one of the toughest states known for wrestling.”
