Instructions to Voter: To vote for a District Supervisor, you must blacken the oval (       ) completely next to the name of the candidate for whom you wish to vote.  If you spoil your ballot, do not erase, but ask for a new ballot.  Use only a black ink pen.  To write in a name, you must blacken the oval (      ) to the left of the line provided, and write the complete name on the space provided for that purpose.

Voting will take place on November 5th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the District Office, located at 1225 Washington Blvd, Suite 3, Newcastle.”
