Through strategic planning sessions, seven elected board members lead the facility initiatives for the health of Weston County. A wide range of services include an Emergency Room, Laboratory, Radiology Department, Outreach Services, Therapy Services, Home Health and In-Home Services, as well as Acute Care and a 58-bed long-term care facility.

Trained professionals use state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging equipment to help medical providers provide exceptional service to patients. Our imaging modalities allow a variety of ways to look at and into the human body, help all health care providers to diagnose conditions. 3D screening mammography is now available. The Laboratory provides testing to aide in diagnosis, treatment, management, and prevention of disease. To help with this on Wednesday mornings from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. blood wellness testing is available. See wchs-wy.org for more details. The Therapy Services Department offers services such as Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy to patients who are disabled, injured or impaired by an illness or accident.
