Notice of a hearing on variance request
 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Tim Kessler has requested a variance with the City of Newcastle Board of Adjustment. Mr. Kessler requests a variance to allow moving and setting a 1978 16-ft x 80-ft mobile home at lots 9, 10 and 11 of the Plainview Addition No. 2 addressed at 117, 119 and 121 Sheridan Street, Newcastle, Wyoming. Pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming, setting a mobile home over 20 years in age is generally not permitted at this zoning address which is located in an M-H Zoning District. 
ALSO TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the requested variance will occur on December 15, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in front of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment at the City of Newcastle, Wyoming City Office, located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701.
