NOTICE OF HEARING ON VARIANCE REQUEST

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that John Butts requested a variance with the City of Newcastle Board of Adjustment.  Mr. Butts requests a variance to install a 24’ x 18’carport within the front and side yard of Lot 3, Block 1 of the Newell’s Grandview Addition addressed as 210 Grandview Drive, Newcastle, Wyoming.  The location is a R-1 Zoning District, which pursuant to the Zoning Odinance of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming, requires a front yard setback of 20 feet for structures. For the purpose of this ordinance, a carport is defined as a structure which when placed must meet setback requirements.

 

ALSO TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the requested variance will occur on September 12, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in front of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Board of Adjustment at the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Council Chambers, located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701.
