UW and Wyoming SBDC Network to Host Government Buying Webinar March 25

Small-business owners will have an opportunity to learn how to find ideal government buyers and win government contracts for their businesses Tuesday, March 25.
Judy Bradt will lead a Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network webinar titled “Who (in the Government) Buys What I Do? How to Find Out and What to Do Next!” from 8:30-10:30 a.m. To register, go here. The webinar is co-sponsored by the Wyoming district office of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
The Wyoming SBDC Network offers business expertise to help Wyoming residents think about, launch, grow, reinvent or exit their business. The Wyoming SBDC Network is hosted by the University of Wyoming with state funds from the Wyoming Business Council and funded, in part, through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. SBA.
The webinar will cover how to decide which levels of government are a business’s best prospects; the one question that businesses must ask first; who a business’s buyers really are; other key questions for market research and competitive analysis; live demonstrations on how to tap four free online tools that can show businesses about their federal buyers; a bonus discussion about emerging opportunities, risks and smart moves for 2025; and what to do with the data businesses uncover.
Bradt, CEO of Summit Insight, brings more than 37 years of federal business development and strategy to people who want to grow their federal business. She is an award-winning author, speaker and consultant. Her clients credit her with more than $200 million in federal government contracts due to what they learned from Bradt and her team.
