To construct stunning buildings, architects use all kinds of metals and materials. To ensure that the building will last and can withstand the elements, architects must use metals that are strong and durable. Here are some of the strongest metals to use for architecture.
Titanium
When discussing the strongest metals to use for architecture, you need to mention titanium. Titanium is a popular metal to use for architecture due to its strength and lovely silver coloring. It is also resistant to corrosion and requires very little maintenance.
Stainless Steel
While stainless steel is extremely strong, it is also known for its flexibility. Just like titanium, this metal is extremely resistant to corrosion and does not require a lot of maintenance. By using the flexibility and strength of stainless steel, architects are able to create beautiful and unique structures for their buildings. Iron Alloys

With silicon iron bronze, architects can design and construct buildings that are both strong and attractive.
Carbon Steel
When you add carbon to steel, you create an incredibly strong metal called carbon steel. This metal is hard and strong, making it an excellent choice for the structure and framework of a building. This metal is often split into two types: mild and high. The mild metal contains less carbon, so it is not as strong as the high metal, which contains more carbon. The carbon adds strength to the steel, so that is why the high metal is stronger than the mild metal.
