Funeral service for Steven Hill will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13, at Four Square Church, with Pastor Mick Bohn officiating. Steven Lee Hill, 59, of Newcastle, Wyo., passed on Feb. 7, 2020, due to a lengthy illness, surrounded by loved ones.
