Search on for missing Lovell woman

LOVELL (WNE) — The Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for 20-year-old Liana Welde, who was last seen at her home in Lovell, at approximately 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 20.

Welde is described as having brown hair, hazel eyes and a slim build, standing at 5’0”. She usually wears her hair pulled back and frequently dons a baseball cap. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance, but she may be wearing sandals and carrying a flowered bag.

The Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office stated early this week it received a valid report that a person matching Welde’s description was seen on foot in the area south of Bridger, Montana.

Anyone who has any information regarding Welde’s whereabouts should contact the Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office immediately at 307-568-2324 or call 911.
