Science Fair Results

tudents from the northeast region of Wyoming competed Jan. 25 at the Northeast Regional Science Fair in the following categories: Physical Science, Health Science, Life Science, Engineering and Mathematics, and Earth and Environmental Science. The science fair was held at Newcastle High School.
For 2022 there were 16 projects competing and 22 judges assessing the students’ work in the high school practice gym. The students competed for first, second and third places in their categories, as well as special awards determined by the judging panels, all sponsored by the Newcastle Booster Club, according to teacher Zach Beam. Students also competed for the American Legion Post No. 3 Scholarship sponsored by the post.
