REQUEST FOR BIDS #26-0564

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Department of Environmental Quality, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 8, 2025, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Newcastle #1 Landfill Remediation Project, located at Newcastle, Wyoming.

This project will consist of construction of improvements to remediate the Newcastle #1 Landfill, at Newcastle, Wyoming. This will include construction of a gas interceptor trench, groundwater interceptor trench, wet well and meter pit, force main, gravity sewer main, geosynthetic-lined evaporation ponds, and associated work.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. MT on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, starting at Newcastle City Hall, 10 West Warwick Street, Newcastle, WY 82701, in the City Council chambers.

Bid documents available by logging on to Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com.

Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered.
