Public asked to help find missing Powell man

POWELL (WNE) —- Community members are asked to be on the lookout for a 52-year-old Powell man who’s been missing since last week.
Video footage shows Clint White leaving his residence just before 2 a.m. on Wednesday, March 26, and he hasn’t been seen since.
White left his home in his gray 2018 Toyota Tacoma, which has a tonneau cover on the back and a license plate number of 11T6048.
Authorities have listed White as a missing person, sent an alert across the region and have been actively trying to locate him, but they have little information to go on. While a ping of White’s cellphone revealed that it last was in contact with a Powell area cell tower, it yielded no specific location before the phone’s battery apparently died on Friday.
“Basically, we just need more eyes,” said White’s sister, Charise Rose. “We just need people to look for him.”
Rose indicated that the disappearance was out of character for White.
Family members contacted Powell police on Thursday to report White as missing.
Powell Police Chief Jim Rhea said his office is specifically interested in any surveillance camera footage showing which direction White was headed in his Tacoma that early morning.
The video footage from White’s residence showed him wearing a black hoodie, khaki pants and a blue baseball cap. He was carrying a black and white checkered blanket and a red and black generator.
White is a longtime Powell resident and partner in his family’s printing business, White Ink. Anyone with information about White’s whereabouts is asked to contact Powell police at 307-754-2221 or police@cityofpowell.com.
