The deadline for entry in the 2020 Lions Club Calendar Photo Contest is fast approaching. Each contestant can enter up to three photos in several categories that celebrate life in Weston County. This contest is open to anyone with a Weston County address (including P.O. boxes).
The categories are community, cowboy/ranch, kid friendly, industrial, wildlife and landscape. Organizers are asking that more entrants come in for the community, cowboy/ranch, kid friendly, and industrial categories to fill vacant spots. The wildlife and landscape categories already have many entrants.
The deadline for entry is Saturday, Sept. 7, at midnight. Go to Facebook and look for “Weston County Arts Council.” When you scroll down, you will see a poster regarding this contest. There you will see a link for a jot form directly above the banner. Each participant must agree to the terms listed on that form.
Enter soon for your chance to be immortalized in a beautiful calendar for the year 2020. The entry is free, so you have nothing to lose.
