Partners
Each year, one of the clearest examples of community partnership comes through the News Letter Journal’s Get it Here Business Guide. The 2026 edition is no exception.
We want to extend a sincere thank you to the businesses that came together collectively to be part of this annual publication. When local businesses stand side by side in print and online, they are doing more than advertising. They are reinforcing a simple but powerful message: support what is built here, owned here, and invested here.
The Get it Here Business Guide exists to connect consumers with the goods and services available right here in Weston County. It highlights the depth, diversity, and strength of our local economy. It encourages residents to look close to home before looking elsewhere. And it reminds all of us that when dollars circulate locally, the entire community benefits.
This guide is just one example of how businesses can work together through the News Letter Journal to promote themselves and one another. In the coming months, we will begin work on our annual Weston County Welcome Guide and the 2026 Newcastle High School Graduation tab — two more opportunities for businesses to align their names with community pride, growth, and celebration.
Those who would like to be involved in upcoming publications can contact Kim Dean at circulation@newslj.com or call the News Letter Journal at 746-2777.
In addition to our print and digital products, expanded marketing services — including website building, social media management, and graphic design — are available through News Letter Journal Marketing and Media. For details on services please visit with a News Letter Journal staffer.
Local businesses are not just advertisers. They are employers, sponsors, volunteers, and neighbors. When they invest in community promotions like the Get it Here Business Guide, they are investing in Weston County itself — and we are grateful for their continued partnership.
