CITY OF NEWCASTLE

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REPEALING CHAPTER 26, WATER, SEWAGE AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL, OF THE NEWCASTLE, WYOMING MUNICIPAL CODE; 

SUMMARY: An ordinance amending and regulating water, sewage and sewage disposal pricing, installation, permitting, licenses, materials, and providing updated definitions. 

PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1st day of June 2026.
