PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Wayne and Laura Oney have proposed a hearing with the City of Newcastle Board of Adjustment. Wayne and Laura Oney request a re-plat of Lot 4, Block 1, West Saddle Subdivision of Arnold 1st Extension to the Town of Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming.
ALSO TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the requested re-plat will occur on March 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in front of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Board of Adjustment at the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Council Chambers, located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701. If approved by the Board of Adjustment, a recommendation will go to the City Council for consideration and approval.
ALSO TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the requested re-plat will occur on March 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in front of the City of Newcastle City Council at the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Council Chambers, located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701.
