Pursuant to W.S. § 39-13-108(e)(v)(C)(1)-(7), on On August 31, 2020, Dwight Krein purchased the following described real property for delinquent taxes assessed for Tax Year 2019 & on February 4, 2025, the assignment of Certificate of Purchase # 5117 was reassigned to Ricky Maness. When Dwight Krein purchased the property, the real property was taxed in the name of John P. Manders and ATTN Jay Allen. Mr. Maness was already the Certificate of Purchase #5196 holder for the same property for Tax years 2021-present. The time of redemption will expire on August 31, 2026, or the date Mr. Maness’ application is accepted by the Weston County Treasurer, whichever is earliest. Ricky Maness will make an application for tax deed on July 1, 2025, by submitting a written application for tax deed to the Weston County Treasurer. Mr. Maness is unaware of any mortgages or special assessments for local or public improvements levied against the subject property.
