NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR A TAX DEED

Pursuant to Wyoming Statues 39-13-108, notice is hereby given that an Application for Tax Deed will be made by Patricia Kachelhoffer, the Applicant.  The Applicant purchased a Certificate of Purchase #5065 to the Real Property on the 26th day of August 2019.  The Real Property was taxed in the name of “Thomas Pringle et al.”  The legal description of the Real Property is “the east 136 feet of Lot 5D, subdivision of Lot 1 of 10 of the subdivision of of Lot 10, Ogdens Reservation, Upton, Weston County, Wyoming.”  The Real Property was taxed or assessed in the year(s) 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023.  The legal owner of the Real Property may redeem the Real Property after the date of sale but before a valid tax deed application has been filed and accepted by the County Treasurer.  The application for tax deed will be made not more than 5 months after the first publication of this notice, nor less than 3 months after the last publication of this notice.  There are no amounts for special assessments for local or public improvements.
