Notice of Dissolution of Manewal-Bradley Oil Company

This notice is published pursuant to Wyoming Statute §17-16-1407. Notice is hereby given that Manewal-Bradley Oil Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, has been dissolved effective as of December 20, 2024. The dissolution was approved by the shareholders and directors of the corporation in accordance with the Wyoming Business Corporation Act.

Pursuant to Wyoming Statutes §17-16-1407, all creditors of and claimants against Manewal Bradley, Inc. are hereby notified to present their claims in writing to the corporation at the following address: Manewal-Bradley Oil Company, P.O. Box 67, Newcastle, WY 82701.

Each claim must include the following information: 1) The name and address of the claimant; 2) The nature and amount of the claim; 3) Copies of any supporting documentation or evidence of the claim.

A claim against the corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three (3) years or the applicable statute of limitations, whichever is less, after the publication of the notice.
