NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that an Application for Summary Distribution of Real and Personal Property has been filed in the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, Weston County, Wyoming, by Patricia J. Murry, Gary L. Piper, Donna M. Tavegia, Bonnie M. Bau, Jerry D. Piper, Roger W. Piper and Lisa L. Wood pursuant to Wyoming Statute §2-1-205, seeking to establish the right and title to the following described real and personal property in the names of Patricia J. Murry, Gary L. Piper, Donna M. Tavegia, Bonnie M. Bau, Jerry D. Piper, Roger W. Piper and Lisa L. Wood:
REAL PROPERTY
A tract of land in the S½NE¼ and N½SE¼ of Section 9, Township 46 North, Range 63 West, 6th P.M. formerly described as Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5), Block Sixteen (16), Nefsy Addition, Town of Osage, Weston County, Wyoming, with all improvements thereon, according to the recorded plat thereof
TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances located thereon or thereunto appertaining or belonging.
SUBJECT to all assessments, easements, and rights-of-way of record lawfully established.

Hearing on this matter is scheduled for the 29th day of August, 2024 at 8:45 o’clock a.m. in the Weston County Courthouse, Newcastle, Wyoming.
Persons objecting to the application shall file an objection with the District Court not later than twenty (20) days following the mailing of the Notice of Application for Summary Distribution of Real and Personal Property or within thirty (30) days following the date of first publication of this notice. If the District Court does not receive written objection, the Applicants will request the Court enter a Decree of Distribution consistent with the Applicants’ Application.
