Chip Neiman Town Hall in Upton

On Monday, February 17, Speaker Chip Neiman holds a town hall meeting at the Upton Community Center in Upton, Wyoming. The topics of discussion were the possibility of a reduction in the property tax rate and a discussion about school choice.
