Mountain West Releases Fall Academic All-Conference Team
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado (2/6/25) – The Academic All-Mountain West Conference Team was released on Thursday. A total of 63 Cowboys and Cowgirls were honored.
In order to qualify, the student-athlete must have hit two benchmarks. They had to possess a cumulative GPA of 3.0 higher and have competed in at least 50 percent of their team’s competitions.
Football led the way with 25 Cowboys honored. Women’s soccer boasted 15 Cowgirls who reeled in recognition. Men’s cross country and volleyball checked in with eight award recipients and women’s cross country had seven.
