Men’s Golf in 14th Place Following Day 1 of the Tiger Intercollegiate

COLUMBIA, Missouri (4/7/25) – The University of Wyoming men’s golf team completed Day 1 of the Tiger Intercollegiate on Monday at The Club at Old Hawthorne. Portions of the second round were not completed, and the Cowboys are 14th as a team at 29-over.
Nebraska leads the team standings at 6-over. Missouri’s Mattias Varjun is atop the individual leaderboard at 1-under.
Brody Leid paces the Pokes at 4-over, which ties him for 25th. He opened with a 74 (+4) and is even during his second round. He’s holed four birdies thus far.
Patrick Azevedo isn’t far behind, sharing 41st place at 6-over. He shot a first round 72 (+2) and is 4-over in his second round. He’s made five birdies.
Damon Vilkauskas is tied for 56th at 8-over. He opened with a 72 (+2) and is 6-over in Round 2. He owns four birdies.
Kristof Panke rounds out the scorers for Wyoming. He shares 80th place at 11-over after carding a 77 (+7) in Round 1 and is 4-over in his second round.
Davis Seybert is the score Wyoming drops. He’s tied for 99th at 22-over, following a first round 85 (+15) and is 7-over in the second round.
Ethan Smith, who’s participating as an individual, is tied for 93rd at 16-over. He opened with a 79 (+9) and is 7-over in the second round.
What’s left of Round 2 commences at 8 a.m. on Tuesday and the final round will take place shortly thereafter.
