ORDER SETTING TIME AND
PLACE FOR HEARING
THIS MATTER having come before the Court in its regular order upon the Co-Personal Representatives’ Petition for Authority to Sell Real Estate, and the Court, being duly advised in the premises, finds that said Petition ought to be set down for Hearing before the Court, and notice prescribed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that said Petition shall come on for Hearing before the Court on the 30th day of October, 2025, at the time of 8:15 a.m., in the Courtroom of the Weston County Courthouse in Newcastle, Wyoming.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of said Hearing shall be given via publication of this Order, said publication to be in a newspaper of general circulation in Weston County not less than four (4) consecutive weeks before the date hereinbefore set for said Hearing.
