NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY

To any interested person, you are hereby notified that on August 10, 2023, Gary L. Gray died testate in Weston County, Wyoming.  At the time of his death, he owned an interest in and to real property in Weston County, Wyoming.  On March 14, 2025, Gail M. Gray, the sole devisee of the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament, filed an Application for Decree of Summary Distribution of Property in the District Court of the Sixth Judicial District, Weston County, Wyoming, pursuant to the provisions of W.S. § 2-1-205 (2023) to establish right and title in said property in the name of Gail M. Gray.

Said Application for Decree of Summary Distribution of Property is on file and available for inspection in the office of the Clerk of the District Court, Weston County, Wyoming.  If no objections to said Application are filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication below and if it appears that the facts set forth in the Application are not in dispute, the Court will enter a Decree of Summary Distribution establishing Gail M. Gray’s right and title to the property.
