Notice is hereby given that an Application for Summary Distribution of Real and Personal Property has been filed in the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, Weston County, Wyoming, by Roxie L. Dickson, Eileen M. Miller, Brian A. Minzel, and David H. Minzel pursuant to Wyoming Statute §2-1-205, seeking to establish the right and title to the following described real and personal property in the names of Roxie L. Dickinson, Eileen M. Miller, Brian A. Minzel, and David H. Minzel:

REAL PROPERTY

Lots 7 & 8, Block 2, Pine Addition, Newcastle, Weston County, Wyoming

TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances located thereon or thereunto appertaining or belonging.

SUBJECT to all assessments, easements, and rights-of-way of record lawfully established.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

a. 2003 Chevrolet 4-Door; VIN: 1G1JC52F237177499

Hearing on this matter is scheduled for the 23rd day of June, 2026, at 9:15 o’clock a.m. in the Weston County Courthouse, Newcastle, Wyoming.

Any objection to the Application shall be filed before the expiration of the later of twenty (20) days after the mailing required by Wyo. Stat. §2-1-205(d) or thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication of this Notice.  An untimely objection is barred.  If no timely objection is filed, the Court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the aforementioned property located in Wyoming.
