Machel “Shelly” Phillips-Diaz, 56, of Newcastle, Wyo., passed away Nov. 4, 2019, at Casper Medical Center after battling an infection. There will be a memorial service held at the senior center in Newcastle to celebrate Shelly’s life, on Nov. 14, 2019, at 2 p.m. Her family invites everyone to come and share stories and memories of Shelly. The address to send cards is 158 Springfield Ave., Newcastle, WY 82701. A full obituary will follow.
