Local gas prices too high

Local gas prices too high 
Dear Editor, 
 
Went to Rapid City on Saturday, Custer has cheap gasoline. Rapid City’s price is $2.24. I believe Newcastle price is $2.59. Gasoline is either trucked to Rapid City or via pipeline. Why are we getting the bad deal when others are getting a bargain? Shop at home is ridiculous on this issue.
