LEGAL NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION AND NOTICE TO UNKNOWN CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to W.S. 17-16- 1406 that 4-Way Gas N Go of Newcastle, Inc., a duly formed and organized corporation under the Wyoming Business Corporation Act, has been dissolved by resolution of the Shareholders. A claim against the Company will be barred by law forever unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 3 years of publication of this notice.
