FEDERAL WAY, Wash. (3/23/25) – University of Wyoming freshman swimmer Macey Hansen capped off her 2025 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships campaign on Saturday.

Hansen competed in her final and best event of the meet, the 1650-yard freestyle, in which she finished 33rd overall out of 41, with a time of 16:16.92.

Hansen was the first Wyoming swimmer since 2017 to compete at NCAAs, while only just a freshman. This season, Hansen also broke two school records in the 500 and 1650-yard freestyle and won two MW titles in those very events.

This signifies the close of the 2024-25 season for Wyoming swimming and diving.
