GREGORY ‘GREG’ L. JOHNSON

Gregory “Greg” L. Johnson, 55, of Cheyenne, Wyo., passed away Feb. 6, 2019 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
He was born March 28, 1963, in Newcastle, Wyo., to LaVern and Sheila Johnson. He married Jennifer Black on Sept. 1, 2001, in Newcastle. He was a head operator for HollyFrontier Refinery and formerly on the fire brigade.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Johnson of Cheyenne; children, Nicholas and Ashley Casey of Cheyenne; parents, Sheila (Jim Parks) Johnson of Newcastle and LaVern (Carolyn) Johnson of Newcastle; sisters, Jodi Smith and Tina Johnson; step-brother, Clay Pollat; step-sister, Leslie Catlin; nieces, Morgan (Alex) Bass, Montana (Josh) Russell, and Payton Ellingford; aunts and uncles, Kathy (Curt) Allen, Bonnie Quest; cousins, Travis and Troy Allen, Randy (Annette) Quest, Rick (Debbie) Quest, George (Vicki) Johnston, Aleesa Whiteis; and close friends, Sandra (Larry) Bock.
Services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home, located at 2222 Russell Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001. Memorial contributions can be made to Cheyenne Animal Shelter, American Cancer Society, or a charity of choice.
