LARAMIE, Wyoming (6/17/25) – The University of Wyoming men’s golf team had four recognized on the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team. Patrick Azevedo, Kristof Panke, Davis Seybert and Damon Vilkauskas all reeled in the honor.

In order to qualify, a student-athlete must be in at least their second year of college and have competed in 70 percent of the competitions or at the conference tournament. In the classroom, they needed to possess a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Azevedo enjoyed three top-25 finishes this past season with a high-water mark of a tie for ninth at the Palouse Collegiate. Panke owned five top 25s and three of those were top-five finishes, led by a runner-up at the Duck Invite. Seybert’s season was highlighted by an individual title at the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational, and Vilkauskas logged a season-best tie for 29th at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate.

All four aforementioned Cowboys qualify for Academic All-American consideration. Those honors will be released next month.
