Pinnacle Bank’s 18th Annual Festival of Trees will be held this Friday, Dec. 3, at the Senior Services Building. The fundraiser was an online auction last year due to COVID, but this year it is back. Pinnacle Bank loan officer, Amy Hoffman, said that it was great the online Festival of Wreaths was able to take place last year due to Matt Ramsey’s online auction efforts and Pam Gualtieri’s help organizing the event.
“It’s been crazy this year,” Hoffman said, “It snuck up on us so fast. But it’s good to be back to something that is somewhat normal. You can’t beat just getting together to share good times. It’s going to be good to have the live event again.”
The tree and wreath live auction will have hors d’oeuvres, coffee, and juice available at no cost. There will also be wine and beer available. The price will be $10 for a commemorative wine glass. Al and Brenda Costello and Company will present music. The auctioneer for the event is going to be Mark Stenson.
This event raises funds for non-profit organizations in the area. This year the recipients of the monies will be Weston County Children’s Center, Weston County Humane Society, FOCUS, and Explorer Post #66.
The doors to the Senior Center will open at 6 p.m., with the live auction starting at 7:30.
