Separate sealed BIDS for the DOW Park Precast Concrete Restroom will be received at the Newcastle city office until 5:00 P.M. March 7, 2022. Bids will then be opened by the Newcastle City Council at, 7:10 PM DST March 7, 2022, during the regular council meeting, and read aloud. The bid is for the procurement and placement of precast concrete restroom at DOW Park. 
Procurement documents may be obtained from or examined at the office of the City Engineer who can be contacted at (307) 746-3535. Also, procurement documents will be available at www.questcdn.com
