NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that an Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property has been filed in the District Court, Sixth Judicial District, Weston County, Wyoming, by Roxy Weeg, Michelle Nuss, Marcie Hobbs, Megan Lengerich, Cody Nielsen and Mandy Ringler pursuant to Wyoming Statute §2-1-205, seeking to establish the right and title to the following described real property in the names of Roxy Weeg, Michelle Nuss, Marcie Hobbs, Megan Lengerich, Cody Nielsen and Mandy Ringler:
REAL PROPERTY
Lot Forty (40) of Painted Hills Country Estates in Weston County, Wyoming, according to the recorded plat thereof
Hearing on this matter is scheduled for the 27th day of June, 2024 at 8:15 o’clock a.m. in the Weston County Courthouse, Newcastle, Wyoming.
Persons objecting to the application shall file an objection with the District Court not later than twenty (20) days following the mailing of the Notice of Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property or within thirty (30) days following the date of first publication of this notice. If the District Court does not receive written objection, the Applicants will request the Court enter a Decree of Distribution consistent with the Applicants’ Application.
