CHEYENNE (WNE) — The Equality State Policy Center has announced the 2025 SHAPE Wyoming Citizen Lobbyist Training, an opportunity for Wyomingites to learn how to effectively engage with policymakers, amplify their voices and shape the future of their communities.
The event will be held in Cheyenne on Jan. 19-20.
“As a Wyoming grown advocate, I know that SHAPE WY is a cornerstone for individual Wyomingites to learn how to participate in the Equality State’s lawmaking process and influence outcomes that directly impact the people of Wyoming,” said Jenny DeSarro, executive director of ESPC, in a news release.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how laws are made, learn to craft compelling stories that inspire action and build confidence in engaging with policymakers. The program features sessions led by experienced advocates and experts.
