Dive Finishes Up at the Air Force Diving Invitational

USAF Academy, Colo. (2/1/25) – The University of Wyoming wrapped up the Air Force Diving Invitational on Saturday.
Day three saw two Cowgirls qualify for the finals on platform, with Gabriella Haigler taking fifth on a score of 223.50 and Natalie Six finishing eleventh on a score of 190.95. None of the Cowboy divers advanced to the finals of platform.
The women competed on the 3-meter springboard and the men on the 1-meter springboard on day two of the invitational. This board saw three Cowgirls advance to the finals; Alicia Gonzalez finished fourth on a score of 299.15, Six came in seventh with a score of 265.90 and Haigler took tenth for her score of 247.35. No Cowboys made it to the finals on the 1-meter springboard.
On day one of the invitational, two Cowgirls, Gonzalez and Haigler, advanced to the finals of the 1-meter springboard. Gonzalez finished second on a score of 284.70 while Haigler came in seventh on a score of 256.40. Jonah Mann was the lone Cowboy to advance to the 3-meter springboard finals, taking tenth place with a score of 283.30.
Wyoming swimming and diving have one final regular season event before their conference championships. The Pokes will compete at the DU First Chance meet in Denver, Colorado, on Feb. 7-8.
