DEBBIE ALBERT

Aug. 18, 1954–Nov. 1, 2024

Debbie Albert, a strong fighter of pancreatic cancer, has gone home to Heaven, where we know she’s already busy beautifying her eternal home.

Born to G. Henry and Ethelene Peterson in Laramie, Wyoming, Debbie loved the gifts of God’s creation — especially the time she spent in her garden and the joy she found in creating a warm, welcoming home. A true visionary, she never hesitated to start fresh when a new idea struck, even if it meant demolishing her work from the week before. Her ever-evolving projects drove her family a little bonkers, but her passion was a blessing we will deeply miss.

Debbie is preceded in death by her mother;
her beloved son, Bradley Albert; and her husband, Richard Albert.

She leaves behind her father; her son, Brent (Jennifer) Albert; their children, Lex (Brittney Bernhardt) Johnson, Hudson Johnson, and Bryce Albert; her brother, Robert (Jane) Peterson; and her
sister, Linda (John) Beetle;
as well as nieces, nephews, and two cherished great-grandchildren.

Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in knowing she is with the Lord and reunited with those she loved so deeply.

Funeral arrangements are set for Nov. 15 at 1 p.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Torrington, Wyoming. The following day, Nov. 16, a wake will be held at Montgomery-Stryker Funeral Home in Laramie at 11 a.m.

Deb, we can’t wait to see how you have organized your Heavenly home, but no need to remodel it. God has made it perfect for you!
