Wyoming has six-shot advantage, Kiley Reisner second individually after 36 holes

SARATOGA SPRINGS, Utah – The Cowgirls and Kiley Reisner picked up where they left off in May.

Wyoming, which capped the historic 2025-26 campaign by winning the National Golf Invitational, leads the 10-team Utah Valley Invitational by six shots entering Tuesday's final round on the 6,270-yard, par-72 TalonsCove Golf Club.

The Cowgirls were in third place after shooting a collective 293 (5-over) in the morning before posting a 289 (+1) in the afternoon, the lowest second round team score, to surge to the top of the team standings.

Host Utah Valley (+12) is in second place, and Weber State (+15) is third.

Reisner, an all-Mountain West selection as a true freshman last season, carded back-to-back rounds of 71 Monday and is second on the individual leaderboard at 2-under entering the final 18 holes.

Southern Utah's Saylar May (-8) leads Reisner by six strokes. BYU's Ava Schroeder (-1) and Portland State's Cynthia Valerie Ong (-1) are the only other players under par and tied for third.

Junior Emerson Purcell (+2) is tied for seventh, and junior Lucia Morelli (+5) and senior Elle Higgins (+5) are tied for 14th through 36 holes. Junior Kira Reisner (+6, tied 18th) rounded out the Cowgirls' scoring.

UW was the runner-up at this event in 2025 at -11 (853), which was the lowest tournament score in program history. Higgins set the program record for individual low round with a 68 (-5) and set the record for lowest tournament score in program history at -7 (209) to finish second.
