Bijlsma and Borodina win at singles

RENO, Nev. (March 20, 2026) – The Wyoming Cowgirls dropped a 4-2 road contest Friday afternoon at Nevada. The Cowgirls suffered the loss in their first Mountain West road contest of 2026.

The Wolf Pack got out to an early lead, winning the Doubles Point to take a 1-0 lead in the contest. At No. 1 doubles, the team of Silver Bijlsma and Violetta Borodina were leading well on their way to a victory before Nevada clinched doubles, rendering the match unfinished.

Next up for Wyoming, it continues its tour of the Silver State as the Cowgirls will face UNLV Sunday morning at 11 a.m., Mountain Time.
